All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, a globally recognised ecommerce payment platform.
Secure Payment Processing
All transactions on our website are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Cozyo does not store or have access to your full card details at any time.
Additional fraud prevention checks may be carried out to protect both our customers and our business.
Payment Timing
Full payment is required at checkout unless using a pay-later option such as Klarna.
Once your payment is authorised, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Orders are only processed once payment has been successfully completed.
Klarna & Pay Later Options
We offer Klarna as a flexible payment option at checkout.
- Klarna is an independent payment provider
- Payment terms are set directly by Klarna
- Approval is subject to status and eligibility
- Cozyo acts as a credit broker, not a lender
- We do not charge any fees for using Klarna
Pricing & Currency
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT
- Prices are accurate at the time of listing
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined:
- Please check your details and available funds
- Try an alternative payment method
- Contact your bank if the issue continues
Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow up to 14 working days after returned goods are received and inspected
